| EDUCATIONAL PROJECT

After working for a period of about five years in the area of
health and rural development, we deemed it necessary to expand our activities
in other areas and thus decided to start educational activities of
International standard in the village of Mota Fofalia .
|
In the beginning villagers were not ready to provide the
required land at a reasonable price and therefore, our chief patron, Dr. Kiran
Patel purchased the land privately and donated it to the Trust. When the school
started functioning, parents were not ready to pay fees because they were
accustomed to the free education provided by the government. In order to
overcome this issue, we convinced the parents regarding the quality of
education imparted in our school at 1/4 th fees charged by the city schools and
the future benefits they are going to avail after schooling.

Some parents also expressed their concern for starting the
English medium school, especially in a rural area where the majority of the
parents were not qualified to guide their children at home. In order to alley
their fears, we informed them of the need of English education in the changing
scenario of globalization.

The school is currently achieving 100% results
in the board examinations conducted by Gujarat State Education Board and the
students are sent abroad every year under student exchange programs with
reputed schools. Further, our students have also excelled in sports and
athletic fields in the state, as well as national level competitions.

Our Trust has also been instrumental in the renovation of 42
dilapidated school buildings in Shinor Taluka with the support of
well wishers, the parents of the school and government of Gujarat.
